1. Our Limited Warranty

Gfasun offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our products. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser only; it is non-transferable.

2. What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes issues such as:

  • Structural failures of frames or bases.
  • Defects in mechanical parts, such as chair mechanisms (recline, lift, tilt).
  • Breakage or cracking of structural components that are not the result of misuse.
  • Significant manufacturing flaws in seams or upholstery.

3. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, fading, pilling of fabric, or the natural softening of cushions over time.
  • Improper Care or Cleaning: Damage resulting from the use of harsh chemical cleaners or failure to follow the guidelines on our "Care & Instructions" page.
  • Accidents, Misuse, or Abuse: Any damage caused by spills, stains, burns, cuts, or damage from pets.
  • Improper Assembly: Damage resulting from failure to follow the provided assembly instructions.
  • Product Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase.
  • Natural Material Variations: Natural variations in wood grain, color, or the texture of leather are not considered defects.

4. Our Promise to You (Our Remedy)

If a product or part is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, Gfasun will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective part or product at no charge.
  • Replace the defective part or product with a new or refurbished equivalent at no charge.

Our goal is to resolve your issue as efficiently as possible. We will determine the most appropriate course of action to make it right.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@gfasun.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim: Your Order Number".
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original order number in the email.
  3. Describe the Issue & Provide Evidence: Clearly describe the problem you are experiencing. Please attach clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect. This is required to help us assess the issue and process your claim quickly.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

6. The Fine Print

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any product defect. Gfasun shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, usage, or commercial losses. This warranty is valid only in the United States and United Arab Emirates.
